It’s no secret American tourists aren’t exactly welcome across many European Union countries, in fact the EU, for the most part, has rendered U.S. passports worthless. But there are some EU destinations bucking the travel ban trend.
Below is a shortlists of countries that allow U.S. residents to vacation in their locales. Be forewarned, some locales have rather onerous travel requirements that may make it difficult to visit.
This list is fluid and entry requirements are all over the map (pun intended). We encourage you to check with local authorities or the U.S. Embassy for each locale should you decide a European vacation is in your immediate future.
