The Pavilion Restaurant at Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel has been awarded the Fine Dining Experience of the Year by The Travel & Hospitality Awards in its 2022 Food & Restaurant Awards program.

Recipients of Travel & Hospitality awards in 2022 were selected based on the aggregation of reviews from multiple third-party sources. A panel of experts analyzes submission material, reviews customer feedback and compares the facilities of each entrant. Winners are those who can demonstrate their uniqueness, quality of services and facilities and exceptional levels of customer care across a number of categories.

The Pavilion Restaurant of Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel affords patrons a fine dining experience while overlooking St. Lucia’s majestic Pitons and the Caribbean sea. The Pavilion is known for its signature dish – Lionfish Francese – which was added to the menu to help curb the invasive species and protect the reefs of St. Lucia. Along with local fish dishes, The Pavilion prepares Caribbean and American fare finished with scrumptious desserts including a show-stopping bananas flambe. 

In this extraordinary year of the awards, over 300 nominations were received and the standard of entries was incredibly high. The judging panel had great difficulty in narrowing down the entries but the winners reflect the very best in travel and hospitality standards.
