Sint Eustatius , or Statia as it’s known to many continues to relax previous Covid-19 restrictions. Beginning today (April 11, 2022) persons visiting Statia, vaccinated or not vaccinated, do not need to go into quarantine.
Entry Requirements
A mandatory PCR test (48 hours prior to departure from your destination) or an Antigen test (24 hours prior to departure from your destination) is required, except when a person also had a booster. This means that fully vaccinated individuals that also had the booster, do not need to conduct a PCR test prior to entering . However, everyone needs to do a mandatory Antigen test on the 5th day after their arrival in Statia. The char below summarizes Statia requirements.
In addition to the above measures there will be no restrictions anymore for gatherings. The current protocol of wearing face masks, social distancing, proper ventilation in all indoor premises, and hygiene measures is still applicable for all businesses. In addition, businesses are required to maintain their current COVID-19 protocol for their establishment.
