Caribbean Airlines and Saudi Air have announced a new partnership that will allow passengers to travel seamlessly between the Caribbean and the Middle East. The agreement, which will take effect from December 1, 2023, will enable customers to book flights on both airlines’ websites and enjoy benefits such as shared baggage allowance, lounge access, and frequent flyer miles.

The partnership will offer convenient connections to destinations such as Kingston, Port of Spain, Bridgetown, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dubai. The airlines said that the collaboration will enhance the travel experience for both leisure and business travelers, as well as promote tourism and trade between the two regions.

Caribbean Airlines CEO, Garvin Medera, said that the partnership with Saudi Air is part of the airline’s strategy to expand its network and offer more choices to its customers. Saudi Air CEO, Ibrahim Al-Koshy, said that the partnership with Caribbean Airlines is a milestone for the airline, as it marks its first venture into the Caribbean market. He said that the partnership will provide new opportunities for travelers to explore the diverse and beautiful destinations in the Caribbean, as well as the rich and vibrant culture of the Middle East. He also said that the partnership will strengthen the strategic position of Saudi Air in the global aviation industry and enhance its reputation as a leading international carrier.
